4 Weeks of Journal Prompts
Week One: Reflect + write about a moment in time where you were truly present. describe it. what did it feel like in your body? how did it make you feel?
Week Two: Write about a time where you missed an opportunity to be present. what would you do differently? After you write, allow yourself to breathe + let it go.
Week Three: Make a list of activities that you can't help but getting completely immersed in. does this list make you feel energized? Prioritize one of these activities and put it on your calendar for tomorrow.
Week Four: Challenge - choose one activity that you will give your full attention to daily. Practice this activity everyday for one week. write about how you feel before and after. notice if the activity settles you, energizes, you, or otherwise.
